Using Lip Tease to get a character's lip size rating down from 4 causes the FixSizeMod prompt to appear, and clicking it resets the size rating back to 4. Increasing the size rating with Lip Tease doesn't enable the prompt. As long as the end result is size rating 3 or lower, multiple Lip Tease uses going up and down all lead to the FixSizePrompt appearing and resetting the rating back to 4 when clicked.
