This is a straightforward bug, and it's more of a coding oversight than anything. On FIRST 14 if the PC is female and loses to the Gryvian Techie there are two variations of loss scenes that can occur. The techie can force the PC to eat her out, and if the PC refuses she will instead force the PC to blow her. Alternately, the Techie can forcefully take the PC vaginally, in which the following scene indicates the PC's shame and embarrassment for losing her virginity at the start of the quest
The scene plays out and the Techie forcefully breeds the PC, which should result in the loss of the virginity flag. But the game doesn't handle that properly (and there is no line in the dialogue indicating your hymen has been torn either). After the scene ends the PC gets up on her way, has the vaginally filled status with 500 Ml of the techies cum, but is still a virgin. Her codex reports her hymen is intact and her virginity has not been taken.
While it's an unrelated scene, the Techie's WIN scene where the PC defeats the Techie and chooses to mount her vaginally DOES properly remove the PC's virginity if they choose to mount her vaginally. So it's possible to lose to the techie first and have the techie impregnate the PC, only to then have the PC win afterward and mount the techie again and lose her virginity in the followup scene.
