File_Complaint: Public FenChat

Hello,
I Would like to file a complain about a Moderator who harassed me in General Chat,
asking publically my age in presence of others, infusing fear on me using an insulting tone and humiliating me because he doesn't like me. He banned me from the server without even alerting high staff
or asking me in PM my age or proof of my age.
Name of the Mod in Discord is: "Pets_In_Winter"

Furthermore, I would like to complain about the racist tag I was worn with as "Transphobic"
while I am not. I was jsut explaining how we are not fully a single gender, either anatomically
or hormonically. I was explaining my opinion and, before I could finish, I was immidiately taged
and marked as "Transphobic", while other famous members started spreading the fake rumors.
I appriciate everyone's work there and admire their skills in art. Discriminating is bad, I know that and I don't do it and I had hoped they wouldn;t be doing it as well.

Respond as quickly as possible, please. I have friends there.

I was rudely asked in General Chat in the presence of all users my personal data and, of course, I refused to answer. I was never asked in PM about my age. And then I was immediately banned for false reasons.

I checked up and I saw that no other users were questioned in General Chat about their age, so I asked why ask me particularly. I did not receive an answer.

Well some users are not comfortable about their age. I wasn't also liking the tone of the question NOR I was PM about the numerical data or proof of it.

You are not answering my question properly:

1.)Why was I not asked in PM about my age.
2.)Why was I abruptly banned from the server without proper authorization.
3.)Why other users have not been asked about their age in General Chat?

Because we can—and do—ask for a number publicly. You could have PMed him it to him if you didn't want to answer in public, but instead you gave an answer that wasn't a number and then continued to refuse upon further request

2.)Why was I abruptly banned from the server without proper authorization.

The moderator who banned you had proper authorization. He's a moderator. That's how that works. He banned you because he suspected you were underage based on your conduct and you refused to answer his question about your age.

3.)Why other users have not been asked about their age in General Chat?

Others have been asked historically, in general and in other chats. In fact, a basic search of the terms "how old are you" turns up 432 results.
