I am totally serious, you should start a campaign to get money for voice actors and good 3D designers and make a VR game, it would be amazing. All you need is that, a Ready Player One suit, and some futuristic sex toys (mouth, vagina\dick, ass, or any combination) and no one would ever leave their house again.

The big advantages of text-based games, imo, are :
I understand wanting to "upgrade" the games to make them even more awesome, but I don't think using whatever latest tech is available is the best way of doing that :/
The big advantages of text-based games, imo, are :
- It lets the imagination work and you see your favourite characters how you would like them to look like. I mean, I can't get into some comics with interesting stories because I dislike the art style, how much worse do you think it would be with a game and 3D graphics ?
- It's cheaper because you don't have to create 3D or even 2D assets for, well, literally everything.

There have actually been forays into this but 3d modelling is very difficult and more importantly, time-consuming. Sadly, there is a reason it hasn't happened.
