Feminity on the face as a Kitsune

Like the title has said, I want to increase the femininity on the face of my male Kitsune champ but no matter how many soft mud infused pink eggs I stuff in me it’s aways a dud.

am I making a mistake of some kind? I know Kitsune are immune to drastic transformation but it shouldn’t apply so femininity right?
