Is there a consistent way to get and keep that alignment? i havent found a way to do it properly and i want to test a few encounters out

You have to be feminine, not be a herm and have breasts smaller than C cup. You also can't have the Perma Cute perk, trust me I made that mistake.

Also set your gender alignment to male if you haven't already.

Will the game tell you if it considers you A trap?

Yes. It should say T after your name when you save. If just being feminine isn't enough you can also give yourself A Cups that should automaticaly set you as a trap.
