i can't seem to get the armor down before the hp so i can tease her. i tried a few different acid weapons. did something change with the weapon damage and its messed with this or what?

Crushing will work.

You should be able to use Tease attacks even with full armor, although there are a couple of scenes that you can't do if she has armor.

Huh. As someone who has always used tease attacks against them, I always thought they just had one scene. Been that way since December, so thanks for letting me know. I wonder how many other scenes there are like that, that are gated behind how you defeat the enemy...

yeah you have to put the armor to 0 then tease them into defeat to get the gentle fuck scene. its just not possible at the moment. used every low end acid weapon in the game to try and not kill them. they all kill them in 1 -2 shots if they hit.

Crushing will remove the armor.

And yes, the armor is implemented as a Shield with a new flag assigned. If you use Sense on it, it has a weakness to Electric damage. EMP Grenades, if they work, is probably a bug.

I thought it was weird that electrical damage worked on their armor. So it's treated like shields. Well then...

Just get the very basic hammer you get from Aurora, should be weak enough to crush armor without defeating the sydian.
