FAQ

Not even sure where to post this suggestion/inquiry but I was wondering why there isn't a FAQ/Guide/Advice section here for all the random questions people may have about certain mechanics or general progression of quests and what-have-you. A stickied thread could even work too I guess, just a little less convenient for people to search similar topics and such.

Hell, I specifically made a forum account so I could ask a question that the wiki didn't have an answer to and was a little baffled on not finding an FAQ section to put it in.

It's probably something the devs and or the major majority of members here hasn't thought to do or haven't gotten around to doing. Then there's the fact that even if we had a FAQ people would generally ignore it due to plain laziness and still post their questions in a new thread. When I used to help run a forum we had a FAQ thing set up and we STILL had new people posting about this or that without bothering to use the Search function of the site or even to take the time to look at the FAQ. Regardless of what forum you're on there will always be the people who are too lazy to be bothered to do either. It's a universal fact.

I would said FAQ may not work well as most people would just walk pass it not reading it and then like usual ask questions that was meantioned on said FAQ. Plus given ppl comed to fap and it's already great feat for some to read most of texts ingame then fap to them then sseeing them on forum act like total cave people that would not look for threads that attracts attention of ppl visiting forum (been on top of threads page and/or been additional pinned and made by one of admins). And some of those people are great people to talk in threads after they pass they derpy newb stage when they will ask questions that legions of newbs asked before them.

Well that's all understandable. I just thought it couldn't hurt to really have one regardless for the people who would use it properly and even for the lazy fucks, it could at least kind of keep them all in one place.

It wouldn't hurt but...it should be made by one of admins to give it that feeling of: Read it or it will be abd if you not check this thread xD

But even admins somehow are little lazy ones to make such thread after so many times it was meanitoned so well. We all so lazy peopl here after all :D

Yeah and it sucks. It's always out of date and missing entire things of content. It's hardly reliable for anything outside of old content that's been out for months and even then it comes up short sometimes.

Would be more up to date if people created a bloody account there and added content and kept it up to date, again though my previous argument stands people are fucking lazy to do that shit.

People lazy to update wiki (or some that less lazy but may put not fully accurate data that may confuse others) plus lazy people on forum to read any FAQ and etc. Sometimes it's just people *assuming* that wiki page will be updated by someone eles soon so they handwave and not editing despite having moment of time.

Damn that sound grim for humanity future.

Yet wiki due to laziness of people getting outdated so how can smth that meant to be FAQ be outdated more and mroe with each passing day?
