In my experience, Fallout based games and stories are either too Fallout and lose their eroticism to the extremely irredeemable villains of the games or they're not Fallout enough and the setting is pointless. Neither is really a good setup for a porn game unless you're specifically catering to extreme fetishes.

I'm not confused, I just wasn't clear enough. I've played games and read CYOA stories based on Fallout before. Typically they fall into one of two categories. Category 1, TOO Fallout, very much looks and feels like it genuinely takes place in the setting provided by Fallout game lore. Unfortunately, Fallout's games have some really despicable people doing horrible things and that tends to be a boner killer for me. Fallout: Vault 63 is a great example of this as by the time I find the sister after leaving the vault I was too furious at the villain of the game to still be aroused, but the whole thing really does look and feel like something you'd find in a canon Fallout game if they were allowed to be that sexual. This can be useful for extreme fetishes, but doesn't fit my interests. Category 2, not Fallout enough, just uses Fallout as a generic post-apocalyptic setting and doesn't really do anything with it. These games tend to be rather bland with no more thought put into the story than they did the setting, although sometimes the setting can be distracting because it doesn't fit with the rest of the game.

The art looks good and if you manage to make the game as varied as you promised it'll probably be one of the best adult games available. But using Fallout as a setting is a huge red flag for me because of how damaging it can be to the game. Keeping your game from falling into one of those two categories will be a very difficult balancing act.
