I can't download the arm.apk. I've had it downloading for nearly 2 days and it hasn't succeeded yet. It keeps failing partway and the max speed I've gotten in it is about 50kbps. I've been reduced to waiting for svscomics and f95 to post the downloadables.
Ditto, I'm also noticing slower download speeds than normal on some occasions. I've noticed that all of the downloads on the "
PLAY" page fluctuate from time to time, seeming like they are capped in speed, if so it'd probably be due to multiple people downloading from the server at the same time. It is somewhat inconsistent though, and I have not been able to pinpoint what causes this.
I usually get a stable download speed (on most sites, this site included), but at certain times the downloads seem to be capped to anywhere around 5% to 20% of what my line speed usually performs at.
However, as I'm typing this, I'm thinking that these download discrepancies might coincide with the beginning of a new month. I have not tested the download speeds regularly though (on account of only downloading when new public patches come out).
