at the time of writing, i had a save that i had over 2k intelligence without realizing it so i deleted the save and made a new (i should of kept the save tbh) so i can figure out how i got that many and it turns out the dumb4cum perk is the main reason why i have so many intelligence, the combat feels the same, it is still challenging so i think its a visual glitch maybe
