Alright lets first attempt to get max evasion in game (This assumes all numbers are additive, and that they pertain to actual percentages)

[Insert Bodysuit with 5 evasion]- 5

Now with smuggler you get a 20% evasion boost with a extra skill that gives either a extra 10% evasion, or 50% item bonus.
So seeing that we get
20 + ((5+5+8+10)*1.5)
20 + (28*1.5)
62 Dodge if the numbers are additive
Now how the hell do stealth field generator and cloak and dagger work? They are either
A. Hardcoded (possible as I traced the dodge values back to a defenseUp value
B. hidden to avoid skimmers like me.
I would frankly like to know how they work to see if I can get 100% dodge, so Fen can nerf this build so I could spite @Alabaster Chimes the lead knowledge on smugglers.
EDIT: This last part was sarcasm, no harm meant.
As a side buff Smuggler's can opener, its sunder chance is far to low to be useful.
