Does her confidence lock when you reach 100 or do I still have to worry about mistakenly lowering it?
(On a similar topic, any other character that has a trait that gets locked depending on what you do?)

I don't think it locks at 100, but the threshold for high confidence is 66 or so (probably). It's fine if you lower her confidence a bit, so long as those actions don't outweigh the ones that bring it back up again.

Depends on what you mean by "a trait" and "what you do". Pretty much all physical NPC transformations are irreversible; the only exception I know of is Cait being able to slim down if she gets thicc without becoming a half-leothran (by telling her to hit the gym). Whether you're dominant or submissive to Arona is also locked once her recruitment quest is done, aside from an optional one-time duel that allows going from dom to sub if you lose. Also, Kinu's personality upon exiting the Orb.

Mhm. Domrona, Brint/Brienne, LeoCait, Inari/Hime Kinu, Herm Agni, things like that - they're mostly lock-ins, not continually mutable.

I will say you're locked into being Submissive to Arona after the recruitment quest.

But if you're domming Arona you can make her dom you by losing/throwing 'Challenge Me'.
But as before she won't let you challenge her again to take back being her dom:

"Er, uh, you sure about that?" Arona asks, slowly arching one of her dark brows. "You really want to throw down again and risk your ass? Cuz if I win, there ain't no way I'm letting you go again! Understand? I'm only gonna play for keeps! Ain't gonna fuck around trading who's on top every couple days like a packa gnolls."

So, when recruiting Arona I'd always recommend domming her first so that you always have the option to make her dom you but not the other way around.

To add another, if you're able to access Lesdomme Rina's content (meaning you have Brienne, a vagina and no penis) then the choice of whether to encourage Rina to explore her dommy side or not is a one-time decision that locks in her personality from that point on.

Also, Berwyn currently has a dominance scale that locks in his dommy-ness once you hit 50 and 100 points. This is getting overhauled with all the work that B has been doing but right now it's a one-way mechanic.

I will say you're locked into being Submissive to Arona after the recruitment quest.
