I'm not one of the developers—(obviously not since I am but an innocent, lil' frog)—but, to answer your questions: 1) I'm not sure and 2) I sure hope so because that would be really helpful.
Since the Essyra Marion is eager for some loving, maybe there could be a mention of a bulge to imply that she has a D and no bulge to imply, well, the opposite? (Can't beat the ol' bulge check, after all.)
I haven't run into the aforementioned character, yet if they have nipples, and to add onto what you're suggesting, the lack of a D could simply mention bulging nipples in bold text while with a D could mention both in bold text.
Doing this would allow for a sort of standard line at the very top that's bolded, it'd mention only nipples if not packing and mention another bulge down below if she were packing. I only suggest this becuse, and maybe it's just me, having something in bold just saying "There is no masculine bulge" or the like seems a little, I don't know? Lacking? Thus, the nipple bulges seem like a good way to have a sort of standard line to look for like "You can tell X is ready to party with how her nipples tent her top" and then add on "as well as the massive bulge forming in her crotch!" after "top" if she's packing.
I don't know if her thing is massive, I'm assuming it is because TiTS. If not just insert proper adjective. Lol.
Just a thought. Yet, really, I agree with you both- anyway to actually discern the difference would just be absolutely super.
