I dunno how many times this has been brought up before (I couldn't find much doing a search, at least), but I always found it kind of strange that you can stay up for seemingly endless hours in-game without any consequences. It's obviously there for a reason, since the game would be way harder otherwise, but I think it'd make for an interesting play session if the energy meter degraded over time, forcing you to rest every so often, and making things like Yammi's cooking and energy more important. More importantly, the "sore" status effect would appear if you've been up after being awake for a certain number of hours/total usage of energy points. I don't know if it has to get much more crazy than that (though, perhaps some food options should be added to bars so Yammi won't be a forced option). I was thinking about how cetain items, transformations, and physical strength/body shapes could influence it (including Treatment perks for Bulls & Amazons), but that'd be a lot of work, and I'm not sure its necessary. Plus, it could quite easily make certain character builds more desireable over others, and possibly even make create some builds unplayable. I know I wouldn't enjoy that, and...I dunno, I feel like it'd go against the point of the game overall.
Obviously, this would have to be a separate mode or even a mod, since I doubt everyone would want to have to deal with that every time they played - heck, even I wouldn't want to deal with it every session. However, I personally enjoy a lot of TiTS' gameplay mechanics, but I feel like its not challenging enough to utilize a lot of them. Something like this would add some extra depth on its own, and incentivize more features that are already available in-game.
