Endowment calculations?

Just because I'm curious and neither the wiki nor git-code helped I was wondering if someone could easily explain the calculations for the endowment levels. I have no want to go that far but it seems like a fun thing to learn and may help others avoid/reach the status.

It depends on height and mass ratio.

Anything, really, but mostly testicles as they are the only ones that are currently affected. I know that height, weight, and strength play into the max size you can carry but not how to determine that.

"Egregiously Endowed": at least 10% of body strength is used to carry balls, and ball diameter is at least at least 9/60 of tallness.
"Ludicrously Endowed": 25% and 15/60
"Overwhelmingly Endowed": 50% and 25/60
"Endowment Immobilized": 100% and 40/60
