Hello, so I've edited my save-file so that pregnancies goes faster, just added ("pregnancySpeedRaw":3.0) in between ("analVirgin":false) and ("breastRows":[{"breasts":2).
Is there a high probability (if any) that my save will get corrupted?

Are you thinking about Ovilixer? I have tried drinking several dozens of them without getting the effect I want >.<
No. One of Meira's services is to permanently increase (or decrease) Champ's gestation speed.

No, i mean quite literally, once Meira is stationed in her mom's house you can pay her to increase your pregnancy speed. She will be free roaming in the Frostwood until you've completed Den of Foxes.
Ohh, This I did not know! Thank you so much :D

Theoretically, anything you do to edit your save can corrupt it and make the game behave oddly, but in most cases you can save-edit and things will still work just fine. However, because of the potential for unexpected consequences from even trivial edits (or much more likely consequences from major ones) the game will perma-nag you for having done it; That warning you'll see doesn't mean your save is going to break the game but it lets the devs know you've done it (and reminds you that you've done it) to save time dealing with bug reports.

As mentioned, you don't need to save-edit to accomplish what you want here, but the above is useful to keep in mind for the future.
