Editing a Save inquiry but with a little more complicated

Imagine a world where you can only play TiTs on the browser of a video game console (So no extensions or download files or even pressing the windows key) How would one edit that? If there was someone here who edited saves they couldnt here. I have seen editors for base64 I edited A Dark Room with one all in a browser. And for android games (no pc or laptop just console browser and a cheap android phone) you can edit renpy and rpgmaker saves but theres no way to edit a game whos saves are impossible to find. So I'm trying to find a way mostly for an inventory space boost but a little for stat boost the cheat menu is fine for everything else.

This is just a stab in the dark but can either of them run Notepad ++? if so provided the save file is still in .json form it shouldn't be an issue. At least if you're comfortable with editing files manually. This is the best I can offer not having any experience with the platforms in question. In theory any simple text editor could do the job it just becomes a lot easier do to the .json plugin for Notepad++. Hope that helps.
