Dwarf fortress-like smut games

Does anybody know of any that exist? Specifically like its adventure mode?

I like games like Cataclysm and Dwarf Fortress but I've always found them lacking or non-existent in the erotic department and was wondering if there are games out there that have the same sort of feel, depth and complexity but also have a smutty component mixed it. Bonus points for character customization.

I realize there are some mods that adds one or two adult aspects to the games but it just isn't anything to get excited about.

There is a Civilization like game on these forms and some mods for Rimworld and Crusader Kings (I know CK2 isn't that similar). Otherwise, I don't know of any.

The problem is Dwarf Fortress like games require a huge amount of work to create and are quite niche. Smut games are also niche so the audience that likes both smut games and DF games is probably too small to sustain the amount of development work it would take. But maybe someone will prove me wrong.

Uh, there was Brothel City, I guess. More like a city builder, but you do have to watch and manage the conditions of all your different girls. The porn content was incredibly tame, though, restricted to just a bunch of porn pics for the character upgrades- even when the girls are sleeping with customers it all happens offscreen. And I lost interest when the need to bow to Patreon censorship made them remove the bestiality content. And frankly I think the balance is a mess. But it could be the closest to what you're looking for.
