So I support TiTs on Patreon but I'm unsure about how to access the backers version

You have to go to the main fenoxo site and log-in, then click on your profile and associate your patreon account with your fenoxo one. that should give you access to the backer's page.

Alternatively, you can grab the larger Image Pack version of the game straight off of the latest Patreon post.
