Since dual wielding got a buff and off-hand weapons can crit now, I did a dmg test and made a small chart, comparing the main- and off-hand dmg of light weapons. The most intresting result I found is that the "sharp sickle" always outdamages the "balanced blade". The balanced does 15% more dmg on crits, but still gets outdamaged by the sharp sickle.
All attacks done on Minotaur miners on normal difficulty.
Attackpower = 61, Armor Piercing = 32 before weapon stats.
Cunning = 17, critical chance = 17 before equipment. To test the crit damage I equipped the lucky charm and the hornet ring.
Normal = Standard attack, no powers
Bless = Standard attack with blessed buff
Crit = critical hit
off = Weapon is used in the off-hand
red = bleed, only for the kunai → Bleeds take 2 turns and do NOT stack
The tested weapons have +10 accuracy, meaning that they have no negativ accuracy in the offhand. Exception is the Petal, but it should be used in the main hand. See the note for more info.
Weapons like the dagger, short sword or francisca are light as well, but have -10 or -15 accuracy in the offhand. You will rarely hit with them so I opted for consistend dmg and didn‘t test them for that reason.
Note: Equip the Chrysanthemum Petal in the main hand. It has no extra accuracy, so it has -10 acc in the offhand. Since it is a thrown weapon it also gives you acces to ranged powers, while in the main hand.
