Having a light weapon in the offhand gives a -10 accuracy penalty. But is that penalty for the offhand weapon only?
To give an example: Shortsword and Sanctified Gladius are both light weapons with no inherent accuracy.
If the shortsword is in the right hand and the Gladius in the left, the gladius has -10 accuracy. Does that mean that, when attacking the Shortsword has still neutral accuracy and the gladius attacks with -10 accuracy?
Or is it a total value for both weapons? +0 acc from the shortsword, +0 from the gladius and -10 acc from dual-wielding equalling 0+0-10= -10 accuracy for ALL attacks?
