Why is it that getting rid of Kui-Tan traits also makes you lose the perks? Surely if you spent the credits to get them, you deserve to keep them?

Because it's the traits that allow you to have the perks. If you mod away your balls, still having 'Nuki Nuts perk would make no sense

Of course, but I'm talking about going from for instance a male kui-tan to a human kui-tan, in which case you still keep your nuts. Besides, a ton of the fetishes within the game 'make no sense', so why exclude one that already costs credits to achieve? Kills some of the potential fun in the game imo

Assuming you mean a half-human, half-kui-tan; I imagine this is so that you can't stack a ridiculous amount of race specific perks on a character who only has a few of the race specific body parts. Mechanically its due to the race score.

But what's the problem with having a few race-specific perks? It's not like having nuki nuts suddenly makes you overpowered or something, it doesn't do all that much gameplay wise, it's mostly just for fun. I can understand losing combat-related perks but not losing these.

They have suggested that they will do an tf that gives that perk at some time.
