Dragon Azzy and Evelyn's Impact

I did not expect quite a chunky content update with this current build. It is quite stunning, and while the base scenes for Azzy have not all been updated, what is there is certainly spicy.

Onto the matter at hand though. Just like with Azzy, Evelyn has gotten a huge content drop. While having an Azzy upgrade is a major plus, I feel that Evelyn seems to have a more meaty impact in terms of narrative that overshadows Azzy.

While this is partially a con, I would like to know how much will Eve impact the story, going so far as to give a warning compared to Azzy's. I mean does it lock you out of something in a future ending? Does it reduce any possible outcome choices in your future? Will Azzy have more content surrounding this if you chose her?

Please provide info or little hints regarding this matter if you would be so kind. Thank you very much and again, great job on this update.

Wsan hasn't said anything about this, but given what Evelyn has said she wants to do with her new power and the whole far-reaching consequences warning, I'm going to guess that her state is going to impact the ending(s) in the game.

Spoiler: 5.34 patch

Belhar being reunited (or even someone just making a serious attempt) during the postgame would presumably have a non-negligible impact on the future of the Frost Marches so it should have some influence on the ending. Also and just speaking hypothetically, if there were some ending variation where the Champ can opt-in to settling down with Evelyn, whether she's a princess on the run in the Marches or off trying to reunify Belhar would be two entirely different sorts of endings.

Naturally it's hard to even speculate too solidly since we don't know how endings in this game are going to work outside of the understanding that there will be multiple endings and that various choices we make can potentially cut off some of the options or allow the player to opt-in to others.

The choice here may or may not also end up locking you out of other future Evelyn content depending on whether Wsan writes variations for both versions. Currently the choice does lock you out of all her preexisting scenes, but Wsan has mentioned that he'd like to revise at least some of them to work with New Evelyn.
