I believe that's normal. You can turn her in after you bimboify her. She shows up in the prison bimboified, last I checked. Been a while since I checked tho.

IDK about that, but this is non bimbo penny, and the options seem to directly contradict each other going off the tooltips. pics for proof

Hopefully fixed for the next release. The button checks should now be hierarchical and not simultaneous.

Yes, once Penny is a bimbo, you shouldn't be able to continue with turning Dr. Badger in as she now has different priorities.
