Dom!Arona Pregnancy?

Pretty much what the title says.

Obviously any Arona can knock up a female/herm Champ, and any bedicked Champ can knock up Sub!Arona once you've gotten Hretha to unsterilize her.

My question is: is there any way currently in the game for a male/shemale Champ to knock up a Dominant Arona?

If I remember correctly it can be done at least once in a similar path to sub Arona to unsterilize and then you can get her pregnant through guard gangbang at the war camp.
