Does the Perks I gained from the Treatment remained if I take more Transformative Items?

For a new Playthrough, I'm planning to became a Bimbo Cow Girl, and then turning myself into a Succubus with the Lucifer Candy Apples. Other than the appearance changes, all the Perks from the Treatment (Breed Hungry, Inhuman Desire, etc.) should remain right?

Most Perks are permanent until you take something that explicitly removes them. A couple of the Treatment Perks can be removed: Treated Milk & Milk Fountain (Amber Seed), Ditz Speech (Doll Maker: IQ-BGONE, Small Dose). The others have no in-game removal method, as far as I know, so you don't need to worry about losing them.

Tip: If you do Doll Maker (IQ-BGONE. Big Dose) for +15 Inhuman Desire first, it will stack with the Treatment. Doll Maker won't give you ID if you have it already. The Perk you get is random, so save first. The boost you get from 'Submit'ting to Hylie when rescuing Kiro from Dr. Po does stack with the Treatment. You also get +20 Minimum Lust, but it stacks non-linearly with Treaded Readiness.
