I think it will have end-game ramifications. Otherwise, I don't think it effects anything currently written.

I think the only one is trying to use a wrong cock to open a door in Po's ship; normally, doing that can give Taint, but if you're at max Taint, that scene will instead make you orgasm a lot, boost your cum production a bit and reduce a stat by 1 if it's above 1: first Intelligence and Willpower (with an equal chance for either if they're both above 1), then Reflexes, then Aim (it won't reduce Physique).
