To an extent, but it depends on the scene, since some of them weren't written with extensive cumflation variants in mind.

There's very few scenes you can't access by virtue of not having the big cummies but they're usually really specific stuff, like flooding a Jumper's uniform with sperm. Having high cum volume means always cumflating/cumbasting your partner, however. I always write to account for high cum shots.
High cum quantity is not entirely ubiquitously supported in the game sadly, but you can expect to see appreciable differences if you play low or high.
For the record, my Cum Vs tend to start start aroud <5000, then go up to 10k, 15k, etc. It's always in the upper 5000-20k ranges.

'Cuz the quantity of girljizz isn't tracked, just your ability to squirt or not. Wetness <=3 is a range from dry to fairly wet, and >=4 is panty-flooding, ejaculate-squirting goodness.
Didn't know that! But yeah, when it comes to girlcum we just look at wetness values and if the PC can squirtgasm or not.
I also factor in cum quantity some for preg chance. It isn't as important as virility but it does help.
