Does choosing Lethian as your starting race lock you out of sex scenes with Anyx?

I recently decided to start a half-Lethian character and noticed that Anyx's first email reveals that the two of you are cousins on your mother's side. I was wondering if this means that starting as a half-Lethian lock you out of having sex with Anyx?

Edit: decided to use cheats to teleport myself to Uveto early to check, and I was able to sex Anyx. Let's go.
