Does cheat mode have anything that lets you auto-win a fight?

Soft-locked myself with the Myrellion War Queen Quest and I thought Easy Mode would let my Lvl 7 Merc take down the War Queen.

You can spawn packs of Stim Boosters (some hp + full energy, no side effects), look on the wiki and spawn endgame armor, shield and weapons.
Push through a tough battle with it and just throw it all away afterward if you want.

Also don't use kinetic damage, she has strong resistance for that. Spawn and use Myr Heavy Tranquilizer Dart to dramatically weakening her and bust lust damage.
