Do the 'libidinous' and 'reserved' perks do anything?

These two are obviously straight ports from TiTS but resolve doesn't work the way lust does.

Well, they mainly impact Libido, not lust, but I'll see about amending Reserved's tooltip to more accurately reflect what it does.

While we're on that subject what does the libido stat do now? 90% of its functionality was tied up in lust gains.

Per design doc

When Libido is 20 or lower, the character gains a bonus to Lust Resistance. It's harder to tease someone of normal sex drive into submission!

When over 35, the character takes a penalty to Focus but gains an inherent bonus to Tease accuracy. You get better at using your sexuality as a weapon, but the things you like turn you on just that much more intensely.

When at 70 or higher, the character begins suffering a penalty to Lust Resistance. It's so much harder to resist your lusts, and to even care who or what's propositioning you.

It also plays into certain sex scenes (like Arona's Breed Them scene), and eventually will determine how long it takes you to get Blue Balled naturally -- it already does that for Etheryn, but I don't think it applies to the PC yet.
