I must be doing something wrong. I'm in the Dhaal brothel and after speaking with Bizzy about her Mother Dizzy doesn't reveal herself via the "Her" dialogue. Any tips?

In my experience, going back and talking with Bizzy about Dizzy again as well as doing all of the other options with Bizzy a few times results in actual progress. I don't know the mechanics behind it, but this just works for me.
I've had the same problem. Bizzy is one boob transformation away from giga, I did the Zaibatsu party, but when I talk to Dizzy the only thing that happens is that short blurb where she doesn't want to talk about herself. I've talked to Bizzy multiple times on different days and gone through a bunch of Dizzy's scenes but nothing has changed.
