Ditz Speech console command

Does anyone happen to know the console command to make Ditz Speech Dumb4Cum-dependable if my Steele acquired it by means other than the Treatment?

How did you get it? In most cases, it should be removed by Dumb4Cum.
If it can't be removed, use whichever of these gave you Ditz Speech.
