Disrobing Nova and sending her away causes softlock

After meeting Nova and testing out wearing her, I did some normal dialogue with her then sent her to be with the other crew members. For whatever reason then the 'next' dialogue box didn't appear. I can't save as it's an in-between text box, and there isn't a debug/unstuck button (the cheaty menu of 'move to this location' doesn't work either). This really sucks as I'm basically softlocked and lost nearly an irl hour of exploration (didn't know autosaves were possible until now).
I'll edit or reply to this if I am able to replicate this glitch.
