Disappearing items

I’m not sure exactly how it happened but when I was on my ship near the storage container I moved my grey goo armor to my backpack and took out the 10 grey goo canisters to give Nova the heal skill, all the items in my backpack and storage container disappeared. I had a prior save that I loaded to get everything back. I tried to recreate what happened so i could give more info but i couldn’t do it again.

Having this same issue on the android version.
Crashed, reloaded and my inventory & ship storage are completely empty.
No save for me to fall back on.

If you have a save that is in the same inventory state before the item loss happened, that would be helpful. This has been reported a few times over the last few months, but every time it's crouched with "But I couldn't make it happen again", so I'm going to have to come at this from the point of view of just smashing my face into a save that could do it, if the correct fuckery is applied to the items it has in storage. It's possible it could be down to a specific item, or a specific set of actions, but at this point I've tried to make the system as fail-safe as I can possibly think of making it and it still occasionally happens so I really can't look into it without being able to replicate it.
