I am at the very early stages of writing a scene involving the Dicknipples. The problem I have is... what do they shoot out? Cum? Milk? Both?

What decides the quantity, is it coupled to the cum production of the body? To the milk?

I messed around in the save editor a bit and it is possible to make breasts produce cum or even girl cum. I didn't mess around with it enough to know if it is achievable through TFs in-game though. I would also assume it's production is based on the breasts natural/buffed milk production.

It is questionable though if - impregnation with dick nipples/breast pregnancy will be a thing in the future and if they will be, what would decide impregnation/fertilization chance of the breasts. I would say it would be the most rational to base it on the active/inactive properties of genitals.

From what I recall, dicknipples should function like normal nipples, able to express the milk fluid type via milk ducts; yet they also have an added ability to ejaculate the cum fluid type if written to mention such (I assume the same with cunt nipples, but with the girl-cum fluid type). Usually authors write leaky nipples with the milk type, and rarely ever acknowledge different nipple types.

Usually, any fluid expressed will refer to its own quantity, so milk will be the lactation quantity, cum will be cum quantity, and girl-cum will be the girl-cum quantity. If it is written generically/unspecifically independent, that is fine too, but if you are looking for exact number ranges, they should probably correspond. I assume it to be this way since genital tails normally follow this method.

There are a few (I think 2?) ways of getting the d nipples. Not too many, but I think if can be a good thing. It seems a very niche fetish, so when you only have a few items that change it, you can keep the variation down. It is already a nightmare with nipple stuff, you can have an unexpected amount of breasts and nipples per breast.
