The condition triggering it was changed from Treated PC with a dick to having the Pheromone Cloud perk.

Currently the only way to get the perk permanently is to become Male Treated. Hopefully there will be other ways in the future.


In the meantime - there's this stuff called Allure that Inessa sells. You should try it out.

The Sweet Sweat mod that you can get from Busky at the new shop will also allow you to trigger the scenes, but only if you're sweating (obviously), which is pretty neat.

It is certainly tempting, but I gotta wonder what the downside is to it. No penalties aside outside of combat teases?
