Is there anything that makes my dick bigger but not turn me into a complete male?

There's the Gro+ item you get from the demon factory and a couple other sources. Direct increase to a specified endowment, no side effects.

Possession by Shouldra will also allow you to grow whatever you like, provided the parts already exist.


A purified Incubus Draft will suffice if you need the necessary parts grafted on, and the slight masculinization is rather easy to reverse.
