Desiree - Previously Planned Character?

Allo!

For a while since February 2021, I've been playing both CoC and CoC2.
In a bit of nostalgia, I started looking for official artwork for CoC.

Upon looking through the CoC/TiTs Art Collection thread, I saw a character named Desiree [a female bovine (?) magic user (?)].

...I have never seen her in the first CoC game.

I'm asking for my curiosity's sake:
  • Who is this Desiree?
  • What class was she supposed to be?
  • Was she originally going to be in the CoC game?
  • What was her role/story/background?

Any correct answer is most appreciated~

I take said character was going to be part of two big projects carried by by-then big names that went nowhere. I remember they had a Greek tinge. One of them was titled "the Equus something", and I think the other one was "The Mitera whatever". Something about a temple? A sanctuary, perhaps?
