I'm kind of stuck on this quest. It generated in the new patch but a can't progress any further. There's no notice that the quest can't be progress from the first stage.

"This is as far as this quest progresses for now. " Its literally just to say "hey this is the quest you have to attack the fort Alissa taken up shop in".
I'm not at the part of the quest that states "This is as far as this quest progresses for now." I was wondering on how to get to that.

IIRC, you have to talk to Etheryn on the throne, then report back to Calise.
