While I want debimbofication to be a thing since I'm not really into bimbos (especially if it's to the point that it's their only major character-defining trait), I also kind of don't want it because of what it would mean in-universe. The thing that makes bimbofication such a big deal (aside from its mental changes) is that it's irreversible; that's a big part of why the Treatment is so controversial. It's also likely a cornerstone of Doctor Badger's plans.
Additionally, any research into debimbofication would require the researchers to deliberately bimbofy test subjects in order to figure out the mechanisms behind bimbofication, which would be the first step to developing some way to counteract those mechanisms. Then they'd actually have to test whatever debimbofication treatments they come up with, which have the potential for horrific side-effects. I don't see either of these steps passing any ethics committee, so the only researchers who would be capable of doing these would be those who operate outside ethics and the law, like Doctor Lash. But if they're interested in debimbofication for similar reasons to Lash, they'd also not be the kind of people who'd bimbofy people in the first place.
Either way, debimbofication is not something that seems like it would arise in TiTS without a lot of difficulty, and even if it did arise, the unethical manner required for that would mean it probably won't gain any widespread legitimate usage.
