Data Recovery Help

I accidentally deleted save data when clearing up storage space, and need to know the file type and location of where save data is stored so that I can perform a file recovery.

I use the browser version on Firefox, Windows 10.

Everything I've found says something about a tits folder in roaming, which isn't there, or a .sol file, which I think is from the old flash version.

I'm guessing it's the SQLite file I found in C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[Random Characters].default-[Some Numbers]\storage\default\https+++www.fenoxo.com\idb
