in the intro the word they should be removed. no screenshot im sorry. google chrome.

also in the screenshot i DID post. is it lend or lead?

Pretty sure both lend and lead would work there, but that whole sentence just seems kind of awkward.

it would also have to be lends, as the sentence requires the plural right now.

But "lends" is proper.

Joe lends money to his friends.
Joe is lending money to his friends.

Both work.
My point is that the subject of the sentence, ambitions, is plural, meaning that lend wouldn't need the s.
The dog runs.
The dogs run.

It's lend and it is more grammatically correct as lend. In terms of people speaking it, lends can work but it isn't necessarily right. One of the few instances where it could theoretically make sense between two speakers but on paper should be presented accurately.

Just my two cents.
