Current Version as of time of posting Fertite+ or just consumable bug

I was trying to use multiple fertite+ just before bug and must have used the consumables too fast or performed the button presses too close together that it caused the game to spit out the following error text and not even allow me to reload the game so it basically just forced me to crash to desktop.

An amendment towards what caused the bug: it seems to be because im trying to go through the button presses to get back to the inventory screen way to fast and am most likely just confusing the game on what im doing and it bricks the game I can recreate the bug quite easily.
