Curious about Jasvalla

I was playing with the save editor and saw something about a Peacekeeper drone to capture Jasvalla
I was wondering how do you get that in-game? I tried to look into the Smutosaur but it hasn't been updated with this yet.
Could anyone fill me in?

Planned, but either not yet written, or in the process of being written - though if it's the latter, I'm pretty sure it's far from the first thing on Nonesuch's plate right now.

If it's true, hope it's more like the snake, less Sam. As Sam seems more like a prisoner to lover rather than a pet.
