Cunt Snake Blowjob Option?

According to the wiki, there is an "dick suck" option for PCs with a phallus (http://wiki.smutosaur.us/Cunt_Snake#Sex). In game, however, it seems there is only the option to "fuck it" or "kill it." Defeat by a cunt snake also results in vaginal. Is it possible to access the dick suck option, and if so, how?

My guess is this is based on an old version of TiTS, and has since been removed without updating the wiki.

On loss to a cunt snake in combat, it should always select the "dick suck" scene if the player character has a penis.
