Putting together some new character builds. Posted below is where I see them ending up at end-game.
The goal is not to make the strongest characters overall, but as strong as they can be in the themes I'm aiming for. Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything obvious.

Three builds total:
  1. Smuggler class, designed to go all in on Evasion and bow usage.
    -Wears Jumper Shield and the regular Jumper Jumpsuit, Underwear is irrelevant in this case--but Magnetic Harness and Savicite Lace
    -Wields the Zil Champion's Bow and the Hardlight Dagger.
    -Uses the regular Siegewulfe for Evasion bonus.
  2. Mercenary class, specializes in melee (takes all melee perks, including Lunge)
    -Wears Reaper Mark 1 and the R Power Armor, has Thermal Underwear and Furry Bra for the resistances
    -Wields Petra's Phasic Whip (for stun chance) and the Hirudo Devourer to recover health if she needs it
    -Uses the Bimbo Siegewulfe for those enemies that fall mush faster to lust than physical damage
  3. Tech Specialist, bimbo variant, focuses on using lust attacks while hiding behind large defenses
    -Wears Reaper Mark 1 and the Slutty Jumper Jumpsuit, has Hardlight upper and Hardlight lower
    -Wields the Widow's Kiss and the Lash Cannon (I couldn't find any worthwhile ranged lust, and not all enemies can be seduced anyways)
    -Uses the Lightning Duster to let her get away with walking around in public and because it eliminates the weakness of her shields against enemies with Electrical attacks
Number 3 is probably the build I'm most unsure of. And for Number 1, I'm not actually sure how viable Evasion is, especially in fights with multiple opponents.

As a side-note, is it possible to max all stats in the game without save editing?

You can very easily max all stats through training, not spending any points from levels.

Smuggler - Evasion is good, but you need better damage, and I personally would use the Jetpack over Seigwulfe to be thematic.

Merc - Ranged is better for Mercs, but I prefer melee anyway. I would go with the Warden Shield for your ranged and the Saurmorian Hammer for melee with the Aim-Assisting Eyepiece, since Tease is powerful enough if you need it anyway.

Tech - No idea how effective Lust weapons are, but melee is stronger for Techs because of Charge Weapon. I'd recommend Shield bonuses over anything else for armor. The Dusters only apply to attacks that breach shielding, so it doesn't help shield resistance.

Specializing in lust attacks is stupid. Having all tease trained to 100/100/100/100 is sufficient. If you really want to just demolish people with lust attacks just roll a ranged merc and spam rapid fire with the heavy slut ray.

because it eliminates the weakness of her shields against enemies with Electrical attacks

It doesn't work like that at all.

This is your electrical defense stats before LDuster

This is the same stat after equipping the LDuster

Please note that your shield's -50% vulnerability remains unchanged.

To be honest, Merc builds are better suited to dealing actual damage. This is someone who should be the heavily armoured juggernaut, the kind of character that when they show up, other people pee a little bit of fear.

Granted, you're not looking for the best build, but from the looks of it, you're going to be facing an uphill struggle in later content. Go to low level areas and grind those Tease attacks. Believe me, with some of the later bosses, its better to just Tease them into submission instead of tickling them.

I spend all my level up points on willpower and intelligence, and then train on New Texas to max out physique, reflexes, and aim.

Why spend it on intelligence? If you chat with Syri, you can just hold down the "1" button and gain as much intelligence as you want in the fastest possible way (when talking to her, not when gaming with her)

Hold on a sec let me load up my treated, pain slut, half goo slut smuggler with red myr venom. Has a bra equipment slot, leaves it empty.

Physical Combat
* Accuracy Bonus, Melee: 16 %
* Accuracy Bonus, Ranged: 26 %
* Critical Chance, Melee: 10 %
* Critical Chance, Ranged: 10 %
* Defense, Armor: 2
* Defense, Shields: 0
* Defense, Lust: 9.6
* Evasion Bonus: 30 %
* Fortification: 0
* Melee Damage, Kinetic: 29.5
* Ranged Damage, Electric: 30.5
* Ranged Damage, Burning: 30.5
* Resistance, Kinetic: 0 % HP, 30 % Shields
* Resistance, Electric: 15 % HP, -50 % Shields
* Resistance, Burning: 5 % HP, 15 % Shields

Sexual Combat
* Melee Damage, Tease: 18.5
* Resistance, Tease: -10 %
* Sexiness: 21
* Tease Skill, Ass: 100/100
* Tease Skill, Chest: 100/100
* Tease Skill, Crotch: 100/100
* Tease Skill, Hips: 100/100
* Tease Skill, Oral: 100/100

You can swap out the aim eye for the jetpack if that evasion stat just absolutely needs to be at 40%.
I dunno, I haven't had many problems in long time really. Now I need to go orally tease Rats Raiders into submission when they won't take her breast milk bribes.

Painslut's too OP at the moment. Making a build based around something that just screams "noif me!" is gonna result in a bad time.

Hey man I took pain slut (literally, I took it) before it was cool. Now I just need to activate my stealth generator because you can't tease what you can't see man. Like a slutty Predator or sumthin.

912GBfz.gif

Agility - Increases evasion granted via items by 50%, or provides a flat 10% evasion boost, whichever is higher.
Aimed Shot - Upgrades ranged attacks with greatly increased damage against stunned or blinded targets. Higher intelligence provides additional bonus damage.
Akane’s Painslut - Your body is attuned to Akane’s methods of pleasurable pain. You have a chance to gain bonus Defense every time you take HP damage which increases with lower health... but you’ll also take additional lust damage. With higher lust, you gain bonus defence!
Alpha Strike - Allows your first attack in any combat to be a critical hit.
Barcoded - A sleek black barcode is printed on your ass, left there by Dr. Belle for purely scientific purposes.
Calm Aim - You’re a pretty good shot when things aren’t too hectic, so you gain +1 accuracy when above 50% health.
Cloak and Dagger - Gain a small bonus to evasion for one turn after landing a basic attack hit (melee or ranged).
Concussive Shot - Grants the ability to fire explosive-tipped arrows when equipped with a bow in combat. The arrows have a chance to stun for 2 to 4 combat rounds.
Ditz Speech - Alters dialogue in certain scenes.
Elasticity - Increases the elasticity of your orifices and renders them more resistant to stretching.
Escape Artist - Converts the chance to escape from grapples to use your Reflexes stat rather than Physique. Conveys an additional minor chance to escape.
Fuck Sense - Allows your sense ability to base success off your libido instead of intelligence.
Grenade - Grants the ability to throw a grenade designed to emit high levels of thermal radiation. Deals Burning damage to all enemies in combat.
Heroic Reserves - Raises your maximum energy reserves by 33, allowing you to use more special attacks before tiring.
Hidden Loot - Increases inventory size by two slots.
Improved Agility - Increases your evasion by an additional 10%.
Inhuman Desire - Increases maximum lust by 40.
Leap Up - Allows you to easily and freely leap to your feet after being knocked prone.
Lucky Breaks - Enemy attacks will have an extra 10% chance to miss you in combat.
Mag Binders - Grants the ability to throw a set of magnetic, self-guided restraints at the enemy, potentially stunning them for 1-3 rounds and dealing light shocking damage.
Myr Venom - Grants a love-bite tease ability that deals a little lust damage to your opponent.
Nyrean Royal - Reduces hostile nyrea attacks and deal increased tease damage to them!
Second Shot - Allows you to make a second, low-accuracy attack whenever you shoot a ranged weapon.
Sexy Thinking - Boosts tease damage more the dumber and less willful you are.
Sharp Eyes - Decreases the time required to recover from blinding effects, reducing their duration by one combat round.
Shoot First - When using a ranged attack during the first round of combat, gain an additional attack.
Slut Stamp - A tattoo permanently emblazoned above your ass makes you horny faster while wearing anything clothing your lower body.
Smuggled Stimulant - Allows you to gain 25 energy per round for 3 rounds, once per combat encounter.
STD Immune - You are immune to sexually transmitted diseases.
Stealth Field Generator - Grants the ability to massively increase evasion chance for two combat rounds.
Supply And Demand - Reduces shopkeeper markups by 5% and markdowns by 10%.
Survival Instincts - Removes Stunned, Staggered, and Knockdown effects when your HP drops below 50%. Also grants you a 100% escape chance if possible.
Take Advantage - Increase sneak attack and aimed shot base bonuses by 100%.
Ultra-Exhibitionist - The pleasures of exhibitionism have been seared into your body, locking your exhibitionism at max value. Also boosts minimum lust and lust gain when in civilization.
Weak Mind - Intelligence and willpower losses doubled.

Perks an stuff

Oh, I'd also replace at least the Merc's and Tech's shield with the Pirate Prototype Shield.
I wasn't sure about the math on that one. Obviously Pirate has more bonus shield, but it also has 15% less kinetic resistance.

Regarding Merc: Maybe Tweaked Lava Shield for even more shielding? I've always considered Fort to be a pretty worthless stat given the numbers it usually grants.
Warhammer makes sense, thank you.

Speaking of Tech--what actually enables the BimboTech to use libido instead of intelligence? Is it having the speech perk or something else? And can I abuse the increased libido stat from Taint with it?

Physique and Reflexes I know you can get from the gym. Where do you level aim on New Texas?

I rock high evasion on my smuggler, he doesn't get hit most of the time and that's without using flash nades, low blow, or stealth field. It's probably overkill but it's still fun, I may not have the best damage but it's enough to get me through any challenge if the game had one anyway.

Physique and Reflexes I know you can get from the gym. Where do you level aim on New Texas?
It's a pretty hefty bonus to shielding, which definitely outweighs the lower resistance.

Merc doesn't rely on shielding as much, and gets bonus Kinetic damage, so the Lava Saber is less useful. Fortification can get you an extra 45-70 HP, which makes Second Wind more effective, and high Defense means that HP goes further. Painslut on a Merc is incredible, if you don't mind the Lust.

I honestly don't know, I don't do Bimbo stuff. I would guess it's inherent to the perks if you're a Tech. And as far as I know, having a 100+ Libido would be like having a 100+ Intelligence, so yes.

Aim is swimming at the gym. Willpower can be increased by training with Mirrin or Ramis, and Intelligence can be increased by talking to Syri about books.

Are there any other interesting Perk synergies with professions like Painslut?

It's not quite a perk synergy, it just makes you take less HP damage in exchange for taking a bit of Lust damage. Since Mercs have the highest HP and are meant to use the toughest armor, it works best with them.

Fuck Sense is the perk that does it. The exact mechanics are you use the higher of your intelligence or the inverse of your intelligence (so the lower it is, the higher it counts as) + libido/10. "Bimbo intelligence" is capped to 5*level however, so it will never exceed the max for your level.

Quick example, Clara the Curious Collegiate is level 10 and has 50 intelligence. For all tech specialist abilities, 50 int is the number used.

Meanwhile, Bob the Brainless Bimbo has 0 intelligence, 200 libido, and the Fuck Sense perk. Bob's Bimbo Intelligence would be (50 (max int) - 0 (current int) +1 (it's in the code because I don't know why) + 20 (200 libido divided by 10), or 50-0+1+20=71. However, the max intelligence at level 10 is 50, so Bob is treated as having 50, not 71, int for all class abilities.

OK.

I think I've got my characters locked in.

Just a few equipment choices I'm looking at.

On a Evasion/Crit Smuggler to improve damage: T Spear vs Custom Shock Gear
I think the Shock Gear is better. It's a slight hit to evasion and crit, but it comes with higher damage, multiple types of damage, and Crushing + Stun Chance
For Ranged I think I'd use the Hirudo Devourer. It's a relatively high damage weapon that doesn't hit crit bonus or evasion. -15 HP isn't anything to worry over in my mind.

For the Mercenary the Mk2 Eyepiece is available, so that covers the Warhammer, which leaves me to wonder between the R Power Armor or the PK Platemail. The Platemail has way more Fort, but the Power Armor has higher Defense and Kinetic Resist, which is much more common than Electric in my experience.

Tech: Switched to D4C because it gave me a wicked idea for a different character type to play with
Armor switched to augment-weave to take advantage of Armor and Shield boosts
Weapons are now Dancing Flashblade and the Lash Cannon for energy weapons
The Accessory is a struggle though. Tam Wolf 2.0 is a unique little guy for the Techs, but I don't think he's anything amazing. There's Shield Aug Bracers for extra defense.
. . . And then there's Shelter Drone. I just saw this on the wiki. This thing has to be geo-locked to Utevo right? -50 shield for 60% resist on almost all damage types is an easy swap in my mind. It could actually make Grey Goo Armor attractive.
