Critical error with Quaelle

Wanted quaelle to fuck one of my character's 3 vag's, it broke no matter the hole I chose, got the same error for hole 1 and 3, and what seems to be a different one for hole 2, but I can fuck Quaelle just fine and all her other options work. vag 1 and 3 have hymen's, vag 2 doesn't.
