Critical error while tring to look at cybernetics

Was trying to check and see how many cybernetic slots I had and it repeatedly crashes when I try to bring the window up.

Specifically, it happens when you click the buttons to inspect Steele's installed Cybernetics.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. The inventory and piercing menus were updated to support some tooltip information on all the buttons, and due to the piercing menu working a little differently than the inventory, the equipped implant items weren't being referenced properly, so that ended up causing the crash.
